Contemporary renditions of historical hula chants

The Legacy Hula Volume 1 (L) features a CD compilation
of Hula chants honoring King David Kalakaua (1874-1891).
"He Inoa Iubile No Kalani" is a set of 15 chants performed on
King Kalakaua's Birthday Jubilee, November 16, 1886,
which is presented here in its entirety.

The Legacy Hula Volume 2 (R) features a CD compilation
of hula chants honoring Queen Kapi`olani, and marks the
second recording project undertaken by Kulia I Ka Punawai.

Combined, we share our aspirations of fostering
greater appreciation of the legacy of hula.
